مصر.. تطورات جديدة في قضية "طبيب الكركمين"

صحيفة المرصد: شهدت قضية المتهم أحمد أبو النصر، المعروف باسم طبيب الكركمين، مجموعة من التطورات الجديدة، حيث تستمر محاكمته في المحكمة الاقتصادية بالقاهرة، بعد انتحاله صفة طبيب، وترويج وبيع أعشاب طبية مجهولة المصدر.


واستمعت المحكمة الاقتصادية بمصر لدفاع المتهم، حيث طالب محامي طبيب الكركمين الدكتور محمد الجندي، بإخلاء سبيله بأي كفالة، وسماع جميع الشهود بالقضية.


وبحسب الموقع المصري "اليوم السابع"، أحالت النيابة العامة في مصر المتهم أحمد أبو النصر وشخص آخر معه، إلى المحكمة الاقتصادية، لطرحهما وعرضهما للبيع أغذية ونباتات مغشوشة، ومستحضرات ومستلزمات طبية غير مرخصة.


ونسبت النيابة العامة لطبيب الكركمين، تهمة إنشاء وإدارة الصفحات المسماة بـ الدكتور أحمد أبو النصر على موقع الفيسبوك، والقناة الخاصة على تطبيق تليجرام، وبيع منتجات الصحة والغذاء دون ترخيص، وانتحال لقب طبيب.
