صحيفة المرصد: عاقبت المحكمة الاقتصادية بالقاهرة، أمس الثلاثاء، أحمد أبو النصر، الشهير بـ"طبيب الكركمين" بتهمة انتحال صفة طبيب وترويج أدوية غير مرخصة بالمخالفة للقانون، بالحبس عامين وغرامة 100 ألف جنيه.

وكان طبيب الكركمين، قد أحيل بأمر النيابة العامة المصرية، للمحاكمة الجنائية لمزاولة مهنة الطب وهو غير مرخص له بمزاولتها، بالإضافة إلى انتحال صفة طبيب، وتوزيع منتجات بدون تصريح أو ترخيص من وزارة الصحة.

كما نسبت النيابة العامة للمتهم في 28 أكتوبر في 2021 أنه طرح وعرض للبيع أغذية ونباتات طبية وهى مغشوشة مع علمه بذلك، وعرض للبيع مستحضرات ومستلزمات طبية لم يصدر قرار من وزير الصحة باستعمالها، وقام بفتح مكتب للدعاية الخاصة بالأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية بغير ترخيص من الجهة المختصة.

وكانت مباحث المصنفات قد ألقت القبض على طبيب الكركمين بعد اتهامه بحيازة أعشاب وأدوية مجهولة المصدر، وتمت إحالته إلى النيابة المختصة للتحقيق.
