    صحيفة المرصد : علق المتخصص في شؤون الطاقة عبدالعزيز المقبل على تقرير"وول ستريت جورنال" الذي جاء فيه إن أوبك تدرس استبعاد روسيا من اتفاق إنتاج النفط .

    وقال خلال برنامج "هنا الرياض" المذاع على قناة الإخبارية: " روسيا ليست عضوا في منظمة أوبك ولكنها انضمت إلى تحالف أوبك+ الذي يضم منتجين من شتى بقاع العالم لمحاولة إدارة أسواق النفط وبرئاسة سعودية وأيضا تشارك في الرئاسة روسيا نظير الإسهامات الكبيرة التي تساهم بها.

    وتابع: ما جاء في تقرير "وول ستريت جورنال" أن هناك محاولة لاستثناء روسيا. وأردف: الاستثناءات التي حصلت من قبل سواء لنيجيريا أو ليبيا أو فنزويلا أو في حالات أخرى مثل دولة الكويت كانت استثناءات تمنح للدول التي ترغب في زيادة إنتاجها أكثر من الإنتاج المعياري الذي اتخذ في بداية صنع التحالف وزيادته بأكثر من القدر المتفق عليه أثناء وضع الخطة.

    واختتم قائلا: ما يجري في روسيا لا يشير إلى أن هناك ما يتطلب أن تخرج عن هذه الخطة.. روسيا ملتزمة كما أن الدول الأخرى ملتزمة وقيادة المملكة العربية السعودية تأخذ هذا التحالف إلى ما يبعث إلى اليقين".
