صحيفة المرصد : ذكر موقع "يو إس نيوز" الأميركي أن الركب القوية تساعد صاحبها في الحفاظ على التوازن وتجنب السقوط، الذي قد يؤدي إلى كسور خطيرة.

وأشار الخبراء إلى ما وصفوه بـ"3 مفاتيح أساسية"، للحفاظ على قوة الركبة وحمايتها وهي:

أهمية هذا النوع من التمارين يكمن في أنها تركز على الركبتين وعلى العضلات التي تحيط بها وتدعمها.
