صحيفة المرصد : صدر اليوم الخميس أمراً ملكياً بأن يُعفى معالي الدكتور عواد بن صالح بن عبدالله العواد رئيس هيئة حقوق الإنسان من منصبه، وتُعيّن الدكتورة هلا بنت مزيد بن محمد التويجري رئيساً لهيئة حقوق الإنسان بمرتبة وزير.

كما تضمن الأمر الملكي أن يُعيّن معالي الدكتور عواد بن صالح بن عبدالله العواد مستشاراً بالديوان الملكي بمرتبة وزير.
