صحيفة المرصد : وجهت إمارة منطقة مكة المواطنين والمقيمين الذين وصلتهم رسائل تحذيرات صوتية على هواتفهم بعدم الهلع والالتزام بتعليمات الدفاع المدني والبقاء في مواقع آمنة وعدم الخروج حتى انتهاء الحالة .

يذكر أن سكان مدينة جدة تفاجؤوا برسالة تحذيرية بعد هطول الأمطار الغزيرة التي شهدتها توصيهم بأخذ الحيطة والحذر لأول مرة.
