    صحيفة المرصد: أوضح المشرف على أعمال هيئة عقارات الدولة حمزة العسكر،
    الآلية التي ستتخذ من قبل هيئة عقارات الدولة عند حدوث أي نزاع ينشأ بين المؤجر والجهة الحكومية المستأجرة.
    وقال خلال مداخلة مع قناة الإخبارية: "الهيئة العامة لعقارات الدولة هي صاحبة الاختصاص في إدارة هذه العملية من بدايتها حتى نهايتها فتقوم بدور فعال، لحل هذه النزاعات بما يتوافق مع النظام والمرونة الموجودة في اللائحة التنفيذية، وفي حال عدم القدرة على حل هذه النزاعات تصدر القرارات الإدارية، ويتاح للمعترض عليها التقدم للجهات القضائية لمعالجتها.
    وأضاف: أجرينا استطلاع أثناء إعداد اللائحة ورصدنا بعض الملاحظات على الممارسات السابقة والإجراءات والعقود وحاولنا مراعاتها في اللائحة والنظام الجديد وأيضا في نماذج العقود التي ستطرح خلال المنصة.
    وأشار إلى أنه سيتم الربط مع منصة إيجار التي تتبع الهيئة العامة للعقار بما يمكن من موثيقية هذه العقود وتسريع عملية صرف المستحقات.
