"التجارة" تكشف عن الإجراء المتبع حال رفض المنشأة البطاقة الائتمانية

صحيفة المرصد: كشفت وزارة التجارة، أنه يمكن للمستهلك تقديم بلاغ عبر "تطبيق تجاري" حال رفض المنشأة التعامل بالبطاقة الائتمانية.

وأوضحت الوزارة، أنه لا يحق للمنشأة رفض التعامل بالبطاقة الائتمانية طالما وجدت لافتة توضح التعامل بها.

وتابعت أن التطبيق يتيح الاطلاع على البلاغات المقدمة، وكذلك استعراض إعلانات الاستدعاءات والحملات التي تطلقها الوزارة والأخبار الخاصة بالمُستهلك.
