ووثق الفيديو خروج عمال ورواد محطة الوقود بسرعة أثناء شعورهم بالهزة الارتدادية.
وأظهر الفيديو تمايل أعمدة المحطة بشكل سريع فيما سقط أحد العقارات المحيطة بالمحطة بشكل مفاجيء.
