صحيفة المرصد: وجدت إحدى الدراسات أن تناول خلاصة أوراق إكليل الجبل ضمن حمية غذائية عالية الدهون قد ساهم في منع زيادة الوزن ومنع زيادة كتلة الدهون في الجسم.

كما وجدت الدراسة أن تناول خلاصة أوراق إكليل الجبل، قد ساعد على رفع معدلات خسارة وحرق الدهون في الجسم وخفض مستويات الدهون الثلاثية والكولسترول، وفقا لـ "ويب طب".
