صحيفة المرصد : أوضح المحامي خالد الحجاج، الوضع القانوني للمُدانين بفواتير "فُرجت" ومن يتم الإفراج عنهم فور السداد ومن يستمر حبسه حتى بعد السداد.

وقال "الحجاج"، خلال حديثه ببرنامج "يا هلا": "فواتير فُرجت هي كلها لأشخاص عليهم مديونيات لكن لا أحد منهم في السجن، إذا كان حق مالي خالص".

وأضاف: "إذا ارتبط المال بجريمة من جرائم الحق العام، ولها وصف جرمي، فإن الشخص يظل مسجونا، لأنه محكوم عليه في حكم عام، مختلس أو سارق".

وتابع: "المنصات الوطنية تكتب أحيانًا جملة "مدين صدر عليه حكم بالحبس"، ولم تقل أنه مسجون، هو صدر عليه فعلا حكم لكنه معلق بموجب أمر من خادم الحرمين".
