صحيفة المرصد: أعلنت شركة "أرامكو "، اليوم الثلاثاء، اعتماد آليةً لتوزيع أرباح مرتبطة بالأداء، بالإضافة إلى الأرباح الأساسية المستدامة والمتزايدة التي تقوم الشركة بتوزيعها حاليًا.
آلية جديدة

وقالت الشركة في بيان لها على "تداول السعودية": إنها تستهدف أن تبلغ تلك الأرباح المرتبطة بالأداء ما نسبته 50% إلى 70% من التدفقات النقدية الحرة السنوية لمجموعة "أرامكو"، بعد خصم توزيعات الأرباح الأساسية وأي مبالغ أخرى بما فيها الاستثمارات الخارجية، وسيتم تحديد هذه الأرباح مع النتائج السنوية.
ولفتت الشركة إلى أن قرار توزيع أي أرباح -بما في ذلك الأرباح المرتبطة بالأداء- خاضعٌ لتقدير مجلس الإدارة المطلق.


توزيع الأرباح

وعلى جانب آخر أعلنت أرامكو عن توزيعات أرباح نقدية على المساهمين عن الربع الأول من عام 2023 بقيمة 73.16 مليار ريال (19.5 مليار دولار).
وقالت : إن حصة السهم من التوزيع تبلغ 0.3024 ريال؛ فيما يستحق التوزيعات نحو 241.93 مليار سهم.
وحسب البيان، تُستَحق التوزيعات في 15 مايو 2023، الموافق 26/ 10/ 1444ھ؛ على أن تكون الأحقیة للمساھمین المالكین للأسھم یوم الاستحقاق، المقیدین في سجل مساھمي الشركة لدى مركز إيداع الأوراق المالية في نھایة ثاني یوم تداول یلي تاریخ الاستحقاق؛ على أن تكون التوزيعات يوم 31 مايو.
