صحيفة المرصد - رويترز : أظهرت وثيقة مصرفية أن السعودية جمعت 6 مليارات دولار أمس الاثنين من بيع صكوك دولية.
وذكرت الوثيقة الصادرة عن أحد كبار مديري الطرح أن السعودية باعت صكوكا على شريحتين قيمة كل منهما 3 مليارات دولار لأجل ست سنوات ولأجل عشر سنوات.
وأضافت الوثيقة أن المملكة باعت شريحة الست سنوات بعلاوة 80 نقطة أساس فوق سندات الخزانة الأميركية وشريحة العشر سنوات بعلاوة 100 نقطة أساس فوق سندات الخزانة الأميركية، وهو ما يقل عن السعر الاسترشادي الذي حددته أمس الاثنين، في ظل الطلب القوي من مستثمرين.
وتجاوز حجم طلبات الشراء، التي أتيح أيضا لمستثمرين في الولايات المتحدة تقديمها، 27 مليار دولار قبل بدء الطرح، وفقا لوثيقة مصرفية منفصلة .
وستُستخدم عائدات البيع لأغراض الميزانية العامة المحلية.
