صحيفة المرصد: روى مواطن مصاب بمرض السكري ، تجربته في تأثير تناول الخبز الأبيض بعد تجميده على نسبة السكر في الدم .

وقال المواطن في مقطع فيديو : هذه تجربتي مع الخبز المجمد ، بعد أن جربت تجميد التوست ، لكن حبيت أن أٌجري التجربة على الخبز الأبيض العادي .

وتابع: حللت نسبة السكر في الدم كان 116 ، وأحضرت الخبز الأبيض بعد أن تم تجميده .

وأضاف: قٌمت بتسخين الخبز المجمد ، وتناولت منه رغيفين ، وبعد مرور ساعتين حللت السكر مرة أخرى .

واستطرد : ظهرت نسبة السكر في الدم 146 ، وحقيقي نسبة السكر في الدم تختلف في تناول الخبز الأبيض المجمد والغير مجمد .
