    صحيفة المرصد: كشف أستاذ العقاقير الدكتور جابر القحطاني، أن الحليب قد يؤدي إلى وفاة الأشخاص الذين يعانون من حساسية اللاكتوز ، مضيفا أن حليب الحمار صحي ويستخدمه البعض كعلاج.

    كوليسترول

    وقال خلال لقاء له مع برنامج "موزون" :" كل أنواع الحليب تحتوي على دهون وكوليسترول، ولكن النسبة تختلف من نوع إلى آخر، سواء حليب إبل أو غنم أو بقر"، مشيرا إلى أن النسبة الموجودة في حليب الإبل لا تضر الإنسان.

    حليب الحمار

    وتابع:" بعض الناس يحبون حليب الخيول، والبعض يستخدمون حليب الحمار كعلاج، وهذا صحيح، والبعض يشربون حليب الحمار ويعتبرونه صحي".

    سكر اللاكتوز

    وأشار إلى أن سكر الحليب اللاكتوز، لا يوجد في أغلب الخضروات والفاكهة، بينما يوجد في الحليب، ولكن من لديهم حساسية من اللاكتوز يجب عليهم عدم تناوله، لأن أغلبهم إذا تناولوه قد يتعرضون لأضرار تصل إلى الوفاة.
    ولفت إلى أن كل أنواع الحليب تحتوي على المعادن مثل الحليب والنحاس والمغنسيوم والكالسيوم وغيرها، بالإضافة إلى أنواع السكاكر.
