التشهير بـ "محمد القرشي" صاحب مؤسسة للعود والعطور بتهمة الغش التجاري

صحيفة المرصد: نشرت وزارة التجارة تشهيرًا بمالك مؤسسة تختص في تجارة العود والعطور، سعودي الجنسية يدعى محمد مرضي صويان القرشي بمحافظة خميس مشيط بمنطقة عسير.

وجاء التشهير بالقرشي بعد صدور حكم قضائي ضده بمخالفة نظام مكافحة الغش التجاري إثر قيام المنشأة بالإعلان عن تخفيضات دون الحصول على ترخيص.

وأعلنت الوزارة عن الحكم الصادر من محكمة الاستئناف بعسير ضد المنشأة الواقعة في محافظة خميس مشيط والمتضمن فرض غرامة مالية، والإغلاق لمدة خمسة أيام، ونشر الحكم على نفقة المخالف.
