صحيفة المرصد: كشف الدكتور محمد علي الأحمدي بروفيسور فسيولوجيا الجهد البدني، أن "مرقة اللحم"، أفضل طعام لمحاربة الإنفلونزا، لاحتوائها على المعادن اللازمة لتقوية الجسم.
وأضاف خلال لقاء له مع قناة السعودية: " من الأطعمة المفيدة أيضا ، مرق الدجاج، والخضروات، مثل الجرجير والخس لاحتوائها على الفيتامينات والمعادن والمياه، والفاكهة التي تحتوي على فيتامين سي مثل البرتقال والكيوي، والشاي بالأعشاب".
وأشار إلى أنه في حال الإصابة بمرض الإنفلونزا يجب الابتعاد عن الكحول والكافيين ومنتجات الألبان ، والسكر والسكريات والتوابل الحارة.
