صحيفة المرصد: كشف أخصائي التغذية، إبراهيم العريفي، عن النسبة التي يحتاجها الإنسان يومياً من السعرات الحرارية.

وقال العريفي عبر برنامج الشارع السعودي بقناة السعودية، إن الإنسان البالغ غالبًا يحتاج 2000 سعرة حرارية بحسب بنية الشخص الجسدية وعمله.

وحول كيفية حساب الكميات التي يحتاجها الجسم قال إنه يكون من خلال معرفة الأطعمة التي تحتوي على سعرات حرارية والأخرى التي تخلو منها مثل الخيار والخس، أما الدهون والزيوت فيها سعرات عالية.

وأوضح أن جرام الدهون والزيوت به 9 سعرات حرارية، أما جرام الكربوهيدرات والبروتين فيحتوي على 4 سعرات فقط.
