    صحيفة المرصد: حذر بروفيسور فسيولوجيا الجهد البدني الدكتور محمد الأحمدي، من ارتداء النظارة التي تنقل الشخص لعالم افتراضي.

    وقال خلال حديثه عبر قناة السعودية: "هذه ليست حياتنا، حيث تجعلنا النظارات نعيش في واقع افتراضي غير حقيقي".

    وأضاف: "استخدام هذه النظارات والجلوس لفترات طويلة يصيب الأشخاص بالأمراض"، مشيرا إلى أنه يجب الابتعاد عن هذه الأجهزة وتعزيز ممارسة النشاط البدني.

    وأشار إلى أنه لا يجب ممارسة أي نشاط بدني، إذا لم يتم التأكد أنه آمن.
