الهبوط في الأراضي

وقال خلال لقاء له مع برنامج "الشارع السعودي" المذاع على قناة السعودية: " من أكثر الأضرار، الهبوط في الأراضي بسبب عدم الدفان أو التأسيس بشكل غير صحيح، ووجود تهريب في المياه وهذا بسبب عدم تنفيذ مراحل العزل الصحيحة، فهناك مراحل عزل للقواعد للحفاظ على العناصر الخرسانية من الأملاح والمياه، وعزل دورات المياه، وعزل الأسطح والخزانات".


تشققات في المبنى

وأضاف:" وجود تشققات في المبنى وهي نوعين، تشققات معمارية، تشققات إنشائية إما بسبب التأسيس على أرض غير صالحة للتأسيس لأنه لم يتم عمل اختبار للتربة وتم الاعتماد على المقاول فقط، أو أن يكون الدفان سيء، أو المواد المستخدمة والخراسانات فيها مخالفات".
