"صدمه بسيارة عمدا"…تنفيذ حكم القتل قصاصاً بالمواطن " محمد البارقي " لقتله آخر في جازان

صحيفة المرصد - واس : أصدرت وزارة الداخلية، اليوم، بيانًا حول تنفيذ حكم القتل قصاصًا في أحد الجناة بمنطقة جازان، وفيما يلي نصه:

 قال الله تعالى: (يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آَمَنُوا كُتِبَ عَلَيْكُمُ الْقِصَاصُ فِي الْقَتْلَى) الآية.

 وقال تعالى: (وَلَكُمْ فِي الْقِصَاصِ حَيَاةٌ يَاْ أُولِيْ الأَلْبَابِ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ).

 أقدم / محمد بن أحمد بن محمد آل السيد البارقي - سعودي الجنسية - على قتل / سالم بن جمحان بن جابر جذمي - سعودي الجنسية - عمدًا، وذلك بصدمه بالسيارة مما أدي إلى وفاته.

 وبفضل من الله تمكنت الجهات الأمنية من القبض على الجاني المذكور وأسفر التحقيق معه عن توجيه الاتهام إليه بارتكاب جريمته، وبإحالته إلى المحكمة المختصة صدر بحقه صك يقضي بثبوت إدانته بما نسب إليه، والحكم بقتله قصاصًا، وأيد الحكم من محكمة الاستئناف ومن المحكمة العليا، وصدر أمر ملكي بإنفاذ ما تقرر شرعًا، وأيد من مرجعه، وقد تم تنفيذ حكم القتل قصاصًا بالجاني/ محمد بن أحمد بن محمد آل السيد البارقي – سعودي الجنسية - يوم الثلاثاء بتاريخ 19 / 12 / 1445هـ الموافق 25 / 6 / 2024م بمنطقة جازان.
