صحيفة المرصد: قالت أخصائية التغذية المصرية نهلة عبد الوهاب، إن الكيوي غني ببعض العناصر والفيتامينات التي تحسن الخصوبة، إضافة لاحتوائه على فيتامين ج.

وأوضحت أن الكيوي غني بمضادات الأكسدة التي تحسن من تدفق الدم إلى الأعضاء التناسلية، مما يحسن من الخصوبة لدى الرجال، وفق "مصراوي".

وأبانت أنه يزيد من هرمون التستوستيرون، وهو عنصر مهم لتعزيز القدرة على تحسين العلاقة الزوجية لدى الرجال، وتحسين صحة الرجال.

ونصحت بتناول من 2-3 حبات من الكيوي يوميا كوجبة خفيفة، أو وسط الوجبات، أو إضافته للسلطة والعصائر.
