صحيفة المرصد: شهرت وزارة التجارة بالمواطن "محمد بن عبدالرحمن صالح الخضير" صاحب منشأة تختص في عرض وبيع الأجهزة الكهربائية بالدمام.



وجاء ذلك بعد صدور حكم قضائي يدين صاحب المنشأة بمخالفة نظام مكافحة الغش التجاري، عن طريق حيازة وعرض وبيع أجهزة كهربائية مغشوشة.




وتضمن الحكم الصادر من المحكمة الإدارية بالدمام "فرض غرامة مالية، استلام البضاعة المغشوشة وإعادة قيمتها للمستهلك، وإغلاق المنشأة لمدة 15 يومًا، ونشر الحكم على نفقة المخالف".
