‏صحيفة المرصد: علق الإعلامي الرياضي وليد الفراج، على عتاب جمهور نادي العين الإماراتي له وغضبهم منه بعد سخريته من هزيمة فريقهم أمام النصر ضمن منافسات بطولة كأس آسيا للنخبة.

الكرة فيها حماس وطقطقة

وقال الفراج عبر برنامجه "أكشن مع وليد": الكرة فيها حماس وطقطقة وهذه الطريقة سويناها حين التقى الاتحاد والهلال السعودي مع الأهلي المصري وكذلك عند لقاء العين مع الأهلي المصري وديما نأخذها بسعة صدر.

وتابع: ما يصير خاطركم إلا طيب ولا تاخذون بخاطركم منا  والمقصد لا نقلل منكم ولا ناديكم ولا نادي العين ولا محبي كرة القدم الإماراتيين الذين يتابعون الدوري السعودي وأنتم عزيزين علينا وعلى الرأس والعين، وبإذن الله نحتفل الموسم القادم بانتصاراتكم القادمة.

سخرية الفراج 

وكان الفراج قد سخر من خسارة العين أمام النصر بخمسة أهداف، قائلاً خلال برنامج أكشن مع وليد :"النصر سجل بعدد حروف اسمه، 5 حروف بـ5 أهداف، ومن الجيد أن اسمه ليس عبد الفضيل وإلا كان سجل 9 أهداف، لقد انفجر النصر اليوم في وجه العين”.

وأضاف :"العين تلقى 5 من الهلال ثم 3 من الأهلي المصري و5 من النصر، 13 هدفًا! مما يُشعرك أنه لا يوجد حارس مرمى. وهو ما تسبب بحملة هجوم ضد الفراج من جمهور العين.
