وكتب "النمر"، في تغريدة عبر حسابه على منصة إكس، إن شرب العصائر المحلاة على الفطور يرفع السكر بسرعة ثم يجعلك تشعر بالخمول والجوع بشكل أسرع".



وأشار إلى أنه من الأفضل استبدال العصائر المحلاة بالماء أو الزبادي.
