    صحيفة المرصد: كشف استشاري طب الأسرة الدكتور أحمد عبدالملك عن الطريقة الصحية لتناول حلوى "اللقيمات"، وهي من أشهر الحلويات الرمضانية.

    الطريقة الخاطئة

    وأوضح عبر مقطع فيديو أنه هناك طريقتين شائعتين لتناولها، الأولى هي الطريقة الخاطئة التي تتضمن تناول عدة حبات من اللقيمات بشكل متتالي، حيث يصل البعض إلى تناول 6 أو 7 حبات في مرة واحدة بهدف الشعور بالاكتفاء.

    الطريقة الصحيحة

    أما الطريقة الصحيحة، فهي "التمزمز"، حيث يتم تناول قطعة واحدة من اللقيمات وتقسيمها على أربع مرات مع رشف القهوة أو الشاي في منتصف كل مرة. هذه الطريقة تكفي للشعور بالرضا، إذ تحتوي الحبة الواحدة على 100 سعر حراري فقط.


    وأكد الدكتور أحمد أن اتباع هذه الطريقة لا يحافظ فقط على الصحة وسكر الدم، بل يساعد أيضًا في التحكم بالوزن مع الاستمتاع بحلوى رمضان.

    وأضاف أن "التمزمز" يفضل تطبيقه على جميع حلويات الشهر الفضيل.
