صحيفة المرصد: كشف المحامي أحمد الزهراني عن تحديث جديد في منصة "ناجز" التابعة لوزارة العدل، يتمثل في إلغاء أيقونة "الخلع" ضمن قضايا الأحوال الشخصية، موضحًا أن إجراءات الخلع أصبحت تعتمد على اتفاق الطرفين دون الحاجة إلى رفع قضية قضائية.


وأوضح الزهراني، من خلال مقطع فيديو متداول، أن القضاء يختص بالنظر في النزاعات، بينما الخلع يتم باتفاق الزوجين دون وجود نزاع، إذ تقوم الزوجة بدفع عوض مقابل موافقة الزوج على المخالعة.


وأضاف: "إذا أرادت المرأة اليوم التقدم بطلب خلع، فعليها الدخول إلى منصة ناجز، وتحديد خيار (الوثائق والحالات الاجتماعية) لإكمال الإجراءات".

مشيرًا إلى أن الخلع ما يزال متاحًا، لكن وزارة العدل رأت أنه لا يحتاج إلى جلسة قضائية أو حكم.
