صحيفة المرصد: كشفت دراسات حديثة أن ماء سلق البيض غني بالمعادن وله فوائد أكثر مما يظن البعض. بحسب ما نشره موقع "تيبس أند تريكس" Tips and Tricks.

وأفاد الموقع بأنه يمكن إعادة استخدام ماء سلق البيض في أغراض مفيدة بشكل مدهش بدلًا من سكبه في البالوعة.

يجعل البيئة أكثر خضرة
وأشار إلى أن الأمر لا يقتصر على توفير القليل من الماء، إنما هناك شيء مميز في هذا السائل بعد السلق. ويحمل السائل إمكانيات غير متوقعة ربما تجعل البيئة المحيطة أكثر خضرة، بشكل طبيعي وبدون مكونات أو تكاليف إضافية، كما أن إعادة استخدام هذا المنتج الثانوي الشائع في المطبخ يمكن أن يدعم النمو والاستدامة.

جرعة غنية من المعادن
كما يوفر ماء سلق البيض المتبقي جرعة غنية بالمعادن للنباتات. فأثناء غلي الماء، يُطلق قشر البيض الكالسيوم، مُكوّنًا سمادًا طبيعيًا وفعالًا يُغذي النباتات دون الحاجة إلى مواد كيميائية، وهي طريقة صديقة للبيئة ومتعددة الفوائد.

موازنة حموضة التربة
ويُساعد الكالسيوم الموجود في قشر البيض على موازنة درجة حموضة التربة، مما يُمكّن النباتات من امتصاص العناصر الغذائية بكفاءة أكبر، وهو مُفيد بشكل خاص للنباتات التي تعتمد في نموها على الكالسيوم مثل الطماطم والفلفل.
ويمكن ببساطة ترك الماء يبرد ثم يتم رشه في الحديقة أو أصيص النباتات داخل المنزل للمساعدة على النمو بقوة وصحة.
