    بعد طرحه في الأسواق.. تحذير عاجل بشأن دواء شائع لضغط الدم يهدد حياة المرضى!

    صحيفة المرصد: أصدرت السلطات الصحية في بريطانيا تنبيها طارئا بعد توزيع دفعة من دواء ضغط الدم تحمل جرعة أعلى من المذكور على العبوة، ما قد يعرض المرضى لخطر التسمم الدوائي.

    خطأ في تركيز الجرعة
    وأبلغت الشركة المصنعة للدواء عن وجود خطأ في تركيز الجرعة مطبوعا على بعض العبوات، حيث تم تصنيف إحدى دفعات دواء "ليركانيديبين" (Lercanidipine)، المنتج من قبل شركة "ريكورداتي للأدوية" (Recordati Pharmaceuticals)، على أنها تحتوي على أقراص بتركيز 10 مغ، بينما تحتوي في الواقع على أقراص بتركيز 20 مغ. 

    التركيز الصحيح للدواء
    ووفقا للتنبيه الصادر عن هيئة تنظيم الأدوية ومنتجات الرعاية الصحية (MHRA)، فإن التركيز الصحيح للدواء مطبوع على غلاف العلبة وعلى شرائط الحبوب. 
    ويطلب من المرضى التحقق من رقم الدفعة MD4L07 ذات تاريخ انتهاء الصلاحية في يناير 2028 كـ"إجراء احترازي". 
    ووفقا لبيان الهيئة، تم توزيع أكثر من 7700 عبوة متأثرة بهذا الخطأ والتي بدأ سحبها من السوق.
