    صحيفة المرصد: كشفت دراسة أميركية حديثة أن مادة "ثنائي (2-إيثيل هكسيل) الفثالات" (DEHP)، المستخدمة في صناعة البلاستيك، ارتبطت بأكثر من 365 ألف حالة وفاة بأمراض القلب حول العالم عام 2018، معظمها في أفريقيا وجنوب آسيا والشرق الأوسط.

    المادة تدخل في عبوات الطعام والمعدات الطبية، ويؤدي التعرّض اليومي لها إلى التهابات شريانية ترفع خطر الإصابة بالنوبات القلبية والسكتات الدماغية.
    وبلغت أعلى الوفيات المرتبطة بها في الهند، تليها باكستان ومصر،  وفقًا للنتائج المنشورة،  في دورية «eBioMedicine».

    الباحثون دعوا إلى فرض قيود دولية على استخدامها، خاصة في المنتجات الغذائية والصحية بالدول الصناعية الناشئة.

    الطبيب ماينصح بالابتعاد عن اطعمة خطيرة على القلب بل ينصح بعدم رفع الضغط او الاستفزاز او كسر القلب او قلة النوم او التوتر والقروشة
